GCM also promotes awareness and seeks to improve conscious capability through collaboration, dialogue and uniquely curated conferences and events.

Safia trained and practised as a Barrister for around 10 years. She has advised  and advocated for organisations from a variety of public and private sectors and  though  now retiring from practise, she will remain a Door Tenant at 23 Essex Street Chambers whilst focussing on her work with  GCM.

Safia  is  now Director of Transformation in the regulatory sector and shares her time between GCM and her professional work in the city of London and retains a comprehensive understanding around  transformative change.
