Rini was born in Bangladesh and raised in London. She studied at the University of Warwick and forged a career as a management consultant working in locations such as Dubai, Singapore and the US. She is currently Director at UBS bank, leading high profile end user technology initiatives in the organisation.

Rini also contributes as a board member of BritBangla and is also a member of the diversity committee at UBS which is pushing for transparency, equality and greater representation of BAME employees. She is passionate about increasing the diversity of women in the technology and finance industry and instil in others the confidence to achieve their aims in the face of adversity and cultural challenges.
